Installation preparation
The foundation of the house must be solid and at the same horizontal level. Keep the work area clean and even. Do not assemble the house near snow drifts, in slippery places, or in wet locations.

Notice
The Mobile Prefab House is not wired. Please hire an electrician for American standard wiring. Stay safe!

a fantastic investment

What impressed us the most is the build quality. The steel frame feels very sturdy, and the insulation keeps the interior comfortable in both hot and cold weather. The windows provide great natural light, and the layout is spacious enough for 3-4 people to use as an office or rest area.
