Installation Manual

Quick Installation & Safety

Clean Connections: Wipe dirt from hydraulic couplers before connecting to prevent system contamination and avoid voiding the warranty.

Verify Locking: Visually check that coupler lock pins are fully engaged through the attachment plate slots before operation.

Purge Air: On first use, cycle the grapple open and closed 3 times at low RPM to bleed air from the hydraulic lines.

Regular Greasing: Periodically apply #2 lithium grease to all pivot joint nozzles to ensure smooth operation.

Center Your Load: Always center the load on the attachment; if it feels unbalanced, reposition and retry to prevent tip-overs.
