By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order before the shipping, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you cancel your order after the shipping, you will need to pay a 15% restocking fee, and you will bear the shipping cost for the return.
Orders for custom products and BARGAIN, CLEARANCE, or AS-IS products cannot be canceled.
2. Return
You can request a return within 30 days since the date you receive your order. The shipping cost for the return will be at your expense. And a 15% restocking fee will be charged to restock the item.
The returned product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us for an RMA number before sending any item back.
Here are the items that are not eligible for return:
- Custom products
- BARGAIN products
- CLEARANCE products
- AS-IS products
- Leased and hazardous items

3. Shipping
We ship in the United States except for Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
It usually takes 1-2 business days for order processing and 5-8 business days for shipping. Custom orders may take a bit longer. We are not responsible for delayed orders because of factors like vandalism, acts of God (fire, flooding, hail, sandstorms, tornadoes, earthquakes), and customs issues.
Most products are eligible for free shipping, except for BARGAIN, CLEARANCE, and AS-IS products.
We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. The P.O. box address is not accepted currently. Please make sure that your address is correct so that you can receive your order on time. A forklift or similar equipment is required to unload your package upon delivery.
If you prefer a pick-up service(M-F, 9-4 EST), you can also choose to pick up your order from a local warehouse. We have warehouses across the US.
