Description

Portable Loading Dock Ramps Yard Ramp - 22,000 lb. Capacity-Feature

This steel yard ramp is designed for unloading trucks, trailers, or rail cars when dock space is not available. Made of durable steel, this patio ramp has a load capacity of 22,000 pounds and measures 37.1 feet long x 6.9 feet wide. Additional safety features include side rails on both sides to prevent the forklift from driving over the edge, and two safety chains to secure the ramp to the loading surface. These chains can be attached to the ICC bumper of your semi-truck trailer to prevent ramp kick-outs.

Installation and Usage Tips

  • ONLY trained personnel are to operate or service the ramp.
  • NEVER exceed 5 mph when driving on the ramp.
  • NEVER exceed the rated capacity of the ramp.
  • NEVER travel on the ramp unless the lip is securely on the dock or carrier floor and properly attached safety chains in accordance with this manual.
  • Visually check that the lip is supported and has a minimum of 4" of overlap onto the dock or carrier floor.
  • Please DO NOT use this unit to dock heights outside its intended working range.
